User Agreement
1. General provisions
Use of the materials, interactive calculators, and contact forms on monosoftware.dev means that the user agrees to these terms.
All demonstration data, case metrics, and calculators on the Website are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute an unconditional public offer.
2. Intellectual property
All graphic materials, UI concepts, architecture diagrams, and brand identity elements belong to Monosoftware or are used with clients' permission.
- Copying UI/UX solutions and case studies for commercial use without written consent is prohibited.
- All rights to the product being created are transferred to the client only after the final acceptance certificate has been signed.
3. Project estimates and communication
The «Idea estimate in 24 hours» offer is the studio's indicative SLA for a preliminary audit. The final estimate, sprint stages, and architecture stack are recorded in the main statement of work (SOW).
4. Limitation of liability
The studio is not responsible for interruptions in notification delivery caused by technical failures of external gateways (Telegram Bot API, WhatsApp Business API, or email providers).
