Privacy Policy
1. Information collection
This Policy describes how data is processed when you use monosoftware.dev and its contact form.
- Email form: your email address, selected project type, project description, and website language.
- Telegram and WhatsApp: the website opens the selected service with a prepared message. The message is sent only after your action and is processed by the selected service.
- Technical data: the web server receives standard request data, including the IP address, browser type, requested address, and request time. The IP address is also used temporarily to limit contact form submissions.
2. Purposes of processing
We use this data to receive your inquiry, contact you, assess the project, and protect the form from spam and abuse.
3. Transfer and storage
An inquiry submitted through the email form is sent through the Telegram Bot API to the Telegram account of an authorized Monosoftware representative. The website does not store inquiries in a separate CRM or lead database. The message may remain in Telegram until it is deleted.
If you choose Telegram or WhatsApp, data is transferred directly to that service. These services process data under their own privacy policies.
4. Browser storage and external videos
The website does not use cookies, advertising trackers, or web analytics. localStorage stores only your selected language and theme. sessionStorage stores a marker indicating that the intro animation was shown during the current browser session. You can clear this data in your browser settings.
Vimeo and YouTube videos load only after you open the player. At that point, the relevant service may receive technical device data and use its own storage technologies under its privacy policy.
5. Your rights and contact
You may request information about your inquiry or ask for its deletion from systems controlled by Monosoftware. Email hello@monosoftware.dev. Data held by Telegram or WhatsApp is also subject to the controls and policies of the relevant service.
